Bedford-backed social enterprise, Cultivate Food and Beverage has acquired local food manufacturer, Adelaide Hills Foods.

This means their entire product line of delicious and much-loved baked products such as Emmaline’s, Emma Myrtle’s Bakehouse, Positano, James Road and Barossa Pizza are now produced by Cultivate.

Adelaide Hills Foods is a well-established bakery and food manufacturing company founded by Andrew, Susan, David and Simon Horwood, who will remain an integral part of the business under Cultivate’s ownership, and we thank them for trusting Cultivate with the next era for their extensive portfolio of over 300 product lines.

This partnership is part of our commitment to invest in creating more inclusive employment opportunities and pathways and put more delicious, quality products into the pantries and fridges of consumers around the country through its network of over 1,000 national and independent retailers, including Coles, Woolworths and Drakes.

Look out for this news in today’s Advertiser, in the Business Section – but you can read all about it at the new Cultivate website here.
