18 January - COVID-19 Update
As we all know, South Australia is experiencing a high-level of community transmission of COVID-19. As a community-based organisation, Bedford is experiencing minor cases and close contacts involving some staff and clients.
At this stage, the Panorama Cafe will be closed for one week (17th - 21st January). There are no other closures at this time.
Bedford is treating this situation very seriously and we are strictly following SA Health advice to put appropriate resources, systems, and safety measures in place.
Bedford clients and staff can use the COVID Text Line to report symptoms, the results of RAT or PCR tests, or to inform Bedford of changes to your health status.
In these case, please provide the following information via SMS:
- your full name
- your work location
- your isolation reason: Positive Test/close contact/signs and symptoms
- your test type: PCR or RAT
- your test date
If you get a text from SA Health with test results, that can simply be forwarded to the Bedford COVID Text Line.
We are tracking all notifications to the text line to advise other people and help keep everyone in our Bedford community safe. Thank you for doing your part.
