Bedford's response to the Advertiser article

13 April - COVID-19 Update

Heroes wear masks

You may be aware that the mandatory mask rules have been relaxed by SA Health in many public settings. However, they have issued a recommendation for high-risk settings (such as public transport, and health and disability services) to continue to use masks.

As a result of this, we will be keeping our current mask guidelines in place at Bedford until further notice. As always, the safety of our residents, staff, clients and visitors remains our top priority as we navigate the evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19.

Have your say

We are pleased to launch Bedford's COVID-19 Community Feedback Survey to collect thoughts from you, our staff, as well as clients and families on what you think we need to do in the longer term to keep Bedford COVID safe.

This is an opportunity for you and the Bedford community to weigh in on masks, social distancing, QR codes and other protocols to help inform our decisions about COVID safety into the future.

The survey is now open, and we ask you to complete as soon as possible to be able to have your say - all responses will be anonymous, and the survey will close on 2nd May 2022. Follow the link below to participate in the survey.

COVID Text Line

Many staff report COVID results and COVID-related absences directly to their managers (thank you!) but it’s important that you also send through your results and close contact status to our COVID Text Line 0428 598 199. We recommend you save this number to your phone so you have easy access to it when and if you need it.

Thank you once again for continuing to follow COVID Safe protocols and keeping Bedford running!
