We are thrilled to announce that from 1 July 2024, Minda’s SAGE businesses at Reynella, Ottoway and SA Pathology have transferred to new ownership under Bedford Group.
Today we welcome 271 supported employees and staff from Blend Creative; Reynella Packaging and Furniture Services; SA Pathology Enclave; Bounce Back Mattress Recycling and Electronic Recycling Australia to the Bedford community, along with Beacon Laundry at Lonsdale, who transferred from SAGE on 1 June 2024.
Bedford started in 1945 and today is the largest employer of people with disability in South Australia. The transfer is part of Bedford’s commitment to expanding job opportunities and pathways across a wide range of businesses, from supported to open employment, for people with disability.
The new operational units provide synergies with existing businesses that Bedford operates and increased capabilities for our business customers across the supply chain.
