Growing a partnership for good

As GreenInc, the Bedford-backed landscape construction social enterprise, grows, so do our partnerships with local developers.

The partnership with South Australian-owned development group Lanser started 12 years ago, first with Bedford’s APG (Adelaide Property and Gardens), and now continues to flourish with GreenInc.

Lanser are renowned for building award-winning, sustainable communities that foster connectivity and well-being. GreenInc has been working with Lanser to create sustainable and beautiful landscapes in Lanser’s master-planned communities.

Creating pathways and opportunity

As a Bedford-backed social enterprise, GreenInc employs people of all abilities. GreenInc is a pathway for people living with disability to transition from supported employment into open employment, should they choose. The transition to open employment creates positive social and financial impacts that are felt by the individuals transitioning to open employment and the community at large.

At GreenInc, we pride ourselves on creating environments for people to thrive in, nurturing and growing them, and championing environmental sustainability.

The partnership with Lanser provides GreenInc with opportunities for team members to work on significant community developments, supporting this important employment pathway.

A thriving partnership for good

Lanser Director Shaun Bowden explains the partnership with GreenInc, saying "We take pride in delivering beautiful landscapes and greenscapes throughout our developments and partnering with GreenInc for the delivery of these works incredibly well. We know that quality output is guaranteed and we are simultaneously contributing to the achievement of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals. By partnering with GreenInc we are creating positive social and environmental impact together.”

GreenInc General Manager, Jason O Donohue, is proud of the work GreenInc has done with Lanser, saying "As one of the first Bedford-backed social enterprises, GreenInc’s success continues to grow. Our thriving partnership with Lanser is testament to the shared values of our organisations and the hard work and dedication of our team members in building community spaces from the ground up. Looking to the future, I welcome the growth of our partnership and the opening of doors for our team members to continue to learn new skills and develop their careers in landscape construction."
