Telesales Agent

Make and receive fundraising calls as part of our small lotteries team, working casual hours at our Torrensville site.

You will have previous experience in a telesales, sales or promotion role and be confident and motivated to work in a competitive environment. You love to interact with people, not afraid to ask for money, and driven by success.

About the Role

This is a casual role located at our Torrensville site. This role involves cold calling and requires a high-level of communication skills to achieve KPIs related to the generation of fundraising through predominantly outbound calls.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • communicating clearly and professionally with customers
  • using a set script to answer and direct inbound and outbound calls
  • promoting the Bedford brand and build relationships with customers
  • efficiently and confidentially completing credit card payments over the phone

The successful applicant for this role you will also need to provide the following documentation:

  • evidence of vaccination with a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine or acceptable exemption*
  • a National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
  • photo ID
  • evidence of right to work in Australia
