About the Role

You will be part of our fast-paced food manufacturing team, operating packaging and food production machines. The role involves following recipes and procedures, ensuring product quality, and troubleshooting issues. You will collaborate with site leaders and the wider team to maintain high production standards and resolve challenges in manufacturing and delivery.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Operating food production and packaging machinery
  • Ensuring product quality through attention to detail and quality testing
  • Completing accurate paperwork consistently throughout shifts
  • Cleaning and maintaining plant equipment
  • Minimising wastage during production and packaging



About You

To thrive in this role, you will be someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for high-quality results, and the ability to work efficiently in a team. You should be proactive, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and detail-oriented to meet quality and safety standards.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

  • Knowledge of bakery and food production processes
  • Familiarity with HACCP, CODEX Alimentarius 2020, and SQF Manufacturing standards
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a factory environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 15kg and perform repetitive tasks


For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food & Beverage.

  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • 100 points of identification
