HR Business Partner

The role of HR Business Partner at Bedford has a focus on delivering the highest possible ROI, partnering with Managers to play a pivotal role in strengthening and growing the business. Your energy, enthusiasm and customer service outlook will enable you to develop effective working relationships with direct managers, to support the building of capability within teams and to create engagement in the business units. You will thrive on managing and driving change to processes to ensure that all HR systems are in line with current best practice.

You will be experienced in the full spectrum of HR services from workforce planning to industrial relations, performance management and coaching as well as being willing and able to contribute to a range of HR and OD projects. AS a HRBP with Bedford you will align yourself with our values and be ready to become part of a family dedicated to changing the lives of people with a disability.

You will possess:

  • a tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
  • 3-4 years’ experience as HR professional directly supporting and coaching managers
  • experience and preference for working in a fast-paced environment where change is the every day.
