As a valued member of our Employee and Development Service team, you will be at the forefront of client-centered service delivery and customer care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our supported employees.
In this front-line role, flexibility is needed so that you can identify and respond to developments as they arise, and adjust goals and strategies as appropriate. You will be working in an enthusiastic and supportive team where there is opportunity to develop and improve your skillset.
Every day in this role is different where you will be responsible for supporting individuals in the workplace and implementing tailored development programs. In this nurturing team environment, you will help develop independence and life skills that are person centered, meaningful, outcome focused and fun!

A Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent), and degrees in Disability Education or Psychology are highly desired.
