About the Role
This newly created, full time, permanent role is located at Bedford’s Panorama site and has become available due to the growth and development of our social enterprise, Cultivate Food and Beverage. Cultivate was established in 2023 and has grown through the acquisition of Adelaide Hills Foods, a well-known and trusted South Australian brand that produces Emmaline's baked goods and Barossa Pizza that are distributed nationally through major supermarkets.
The Senior Finance Business Partner role adds value to this growing business through trusted advice and insights based on unimpeachable data and financial analysis, and partners with leaders to support robust decision-making and planning.

As an experienced Finance Business Partner, you will be looking for opportunities to elevate your responsibilities to position you towards the next step in your career. - provide valuable insights to influence and contribute to sustainable growth and performance
- build strong and trusted relationships with operations and management
- oversee management accounting and reporting
- support strategic and operational planning through analysis and monitoring performance
- contribute to the creation, improvement and centralisation of processes and systems
- travel to Cultivate sites in Salisbury, Brooklyn Park and Lobethal when required
About You
As an experienced Finance Business Partner, you will be looking for opportunities to elevate your responsibilities to position you towards the next step in your career. You will also have experience partnering and influencing stakeholders within a FMCG environment where you have developed a strong understanding of the financial framework required to drive and enhance operational performance.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:
- Minimum degree level qualification in Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified
- Proven experience partnering with operations and management level stakeholders in an FMCG environment, or similar
- Solid, demonstrated experience in budgeting and performance reporting
- High-level presentation skills and an ability to collaborate and influence
- Comprehensive understanding of management accounting and financial accounting processes
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
