About the Role

This newly redesigned role is available on a full time, permanent basis. It reports to Cultivate’ s Operations Manager and is located in Brooklyn Park with a requirement to travel to Lobethal and Salisbury as required. This role plays an integral part in achieving strategic goals through the creation and maintenance of efficient operational processes.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse key data and trends to develop statistical models and forecast demand
  • Optimise and monitor inventory levels using effective control systems to balance cost and service standards
  • Build and develop strong vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and enhance production efficiency
  • Analyse and report on KPIs to identify and implement process improvements in the supply chain
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for supply disruptions


About You

As Cultivate is a busy and growing business this role is suited to an individual with a proactive attitude who is ready and willing to help out their team members and also ask for and accept assistance when needed. You will need to have a strong understanding of the supply chain lifecycle and a curiosity for exploring the use of technology to improve operational outcomes.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

  • Certificate IV in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a qualification in another related field
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively


For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food & Beverage.

  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • 100 points of identification
