Make and receive fundraising calls as part of our small lotteries team, working casual hours at our Torrensville site.

About the Role

This is a casual role located at our Torrensville site. This role involves cold calling and requires a high-level of communication skills to achieve KPIs related to the generation of fundraising through predominantly outbound calls.

Other key responsibilities include

  • Achieve set KPIs
  • Use a set script to answer and direct inbound and outbound calls
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Elevate the Bedford brand and build relationships with customers
  • Efficiently and confidentially complete credit card payments over the phone


About You

You will have previous experience in a telesales, sales or promotion role and be confident and motivated to make and take calls in a competitive environment. This casual role requires flexible availability to work during the day and changing rosters.

If you are successful in your application for this role you will also need to provide the following documentation

  • Evidence of vaccination with a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine or acceptable exemption
  • A National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months)
  • Photo ID
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
