The Closing Night Celebration was held on Friday 4 August 2023.
Bedford’s 2023 SALA theme was Immersion & Expression – A Celebration of Creativity and Movement.
Created by Bedford clients and supported employees from across the state, this year’s theme was inspired by the diverse skills and talents of our artists. The Immersion & Expression gallery exemplified the passionate stories and creative expression of South Australian’s living with disability, captured on canvas and mixed media.
From Panorama to Port Lincoln, this was Bedford's biggest SALA exhibition, with more participants than ever contributing unique art works and masterpieces.

This popular exhibition was bigger and better in 2023. Building the previous years' event which was open to the public for the first time, the Bedford SALA was available for visiting and viewing for an extended period.
The exhibition ran from 2 - 4 August at Jackson Square between 11am until 3pm daily and entry was free! This was an exciting opportunity for clients, families, friends, and the general public to visit at their leisure.
2023 closing night celebrations were held at the Jackson Square gallery. The event showcased Bedford's artists and clients, as well as welcoming staff, families and the public.
