Bedford is able to help you through the application process and help you identify what you’re eligible for to guide your NDIS journey. We can help you prepare for your NDIS planning meeting, find support and services to suit you, help you find support providers and enable you to meet your goals and milestones.
We can also help you coordinate multiple supports and services, implement your plan and explore and connect with community and alternative support options.
This will be a new way of providing support for people with permanent and significant disability. The NDIS promotes a life-long approach to supporting people, through a tailored planning process which identifies the necessary supports needed to help achieve goals within a healthy, rewarding lifestyle.
The NDIS is being rolled out in stages because it is such a significant change from the current system. In South Australia, the NDIS now supports children under 6 and will be extended to eligible people of all ages by mid 2018.
Bedford has been actively involved in NDIS planning and we are in a strong position to guide you through the process. We can help with general advice on the NDIS.
